				This meeting is on HIATUS
This is a chance to meet outside the setting of a church building and discuss items of faith that are important to us. There is no pre-determined theme: Each person is expected to come with a “pondering” – some kind of theological, ethical, philosophical question or idea to share with the group. We go around the table, each person sharing their pondering. Once we’ve heard from everyone, we decide as a group where to begin the discussion. Although we meet in a pub, there is absolutely zero expectation that people will consume alcohol. Pub is short for “public,” because our discussions are in public and may be overheard. This may encourage others to participate, as well. Pub Theology meets the first Thursday of every month at Ironbark Brewery at 2610 Kibby Road in Jackson. Check the Christ Lutheran Facebook page for updates.
