Serving in Love
The Care Team works with the pastor to provide support for people who have special pastoral care needs.
People are identified and trained to be on the Care Team based on spiritual gifts such as Mercy, Faith, Intercession, Exhortation, and Pastoring - and on their commitment to be regularly involved with people in need and with other members of the Care Team. Talk with the pastor if you are interested in participating!
Care Team members can choose a number of ways to provide care: Prayer, phone calls, visits to hospitalized or homebound people, home Communion, and other contacts. The Care Team meets regularly with the pastor so that the whole team is aware of new developments.
